Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or email help@firstcallvisibility.com. No cancellation fees. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

What counts as a competitor?

Any business website you want to track side by side. Up to 3 on the First Call plan. See their score, their fixes, and where they beat you.

How are multi-town checks scoped?

List every town you serve when you register. The audit checks whether AI can find you for each town individually. "Plumber in Lyndhurst" and "plumber in Rutherford" are different queries.

What happens when the pilot ends?

Pilot users keep pilot pricing for 12 months. New pricing applies to new subscribers only. We'll email you before anything changes.
