This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on FirstCall Visibility, operated by Wilk Industries LLC. For questions, email help@firstcallvisibility.com.
The Spot Check plan is free. No payment, no refunds needed. You can run up to 6 audits per day at no cost.
During our pilot phase, all paid plans can be started without a credit card. You get full access to your plan's features for the duration of the pilot. When the pilot ends and billing begins, the refund terms below apply.
You can cancel any paid plan at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of your most recent payment, we will refund the full amount. After 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, but you keep full access through the end of your billing period.
1. Email help@firstcallvisibility.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge.
2. Include the plan name and the amount charged.
3. We process refunds within 5 business days of approval.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Click "Cancel plan" and your subscription will not renew. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No phone call, no friction, no early termination fee.
Alternatively, email help@firstcallvisibility.com with your account email and we will process the cancellation for you.
If we offer annual billing in the future, you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you keep access for the full year.
We prefer you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster through our support team. We will not dispute legitimate refund requests within the 14-day window.
