These Terms of Service govern your use of FirstCall Visibility, operated by Wilk Industries LLC ("FirstCall," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@firstcallvisibility.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. One account per business.

Plans and pricing

FirstCall offers three plans:

  • Spot Check (Free): One 12-point AI visibility audit, your score from 0 to 100, and your top 3 priority fixes. Re-run up to 6 times per day. No payment required.
  • On Call ($99/month): Automatic daily re-audits, the full prioritized fix list with step-by-step instructions, score trend history, and drop detection alerts. Billed monthly via Stripe.
  • First Call ($299/month): Everything in On Call, plus side-by-side tracking of up to 3 competitors, multi-town service-area coverage checks, and priority support. Billed monthly via Stripe.

All paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly cycle through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate through the end of the current billing period.

What we do and what we do not guarantee

FirstCall Visibility audits the public signals that AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others) read when homeowners ask for contractor recommendations. We check twelve signals: AI crawler access in robots.txt, LocalBusiness schema, FAQ content, service-area town coverage, links to review platforms AI engines cite (Google, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, Nextdoor), homepage title and description, HTTPS, mobile rendering, sitemap, and llms.txt.

We do not guarantee specific AI ranking results, placement, or recommendations. AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) independently determine how they surface and recommend businesses. Our audit measures the public signals those engines read. Improving those signals can improve your visibility, but no tool can guarantee that an AI engine will recommend your business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse our API, scrape our proprietary data, resell access to your account, or attempt to access other users' data. We rate-limit audit requests to keep the service fast and fair for everyone. On Call and First Call plans include daily automatic re-audits. Manual re-audits on the free plan are limited to 6 per day.

Cancellation

You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing help@firstcallvisibility.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access through that date. There are no early termination fees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Limitation of liability

FirstCall Visibility is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilk Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Wilk Industries LLC is based in New York, NY.
