Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FirstCall Visibility, operated by Wilk Industries LLC ("FirstCall," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information. We are based in New York, NY.
What we collect
- Account credentials: Your email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Business details: Your business name, trade category, website URL, phone number, city, state, and the service-area towns you want us to check.
- Competitor URLs: If you are on the First Call plan, up to 3 competitor website URLs for side-by-side comparison.
- Audit data: Your AI visibility score (0 to 100), individual check results, fix recommendations, audit history, and score trend data over time.
- Citation sweep data: If you run a Citation Sweep, the questions sent to AI engines and the results returned, including share-of-voice and competitor scores.
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We receive your email and subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.
How we use your data
- To run audits against your website and generate your AI visibility score.
- To re-check your signals on a schedule (On Call and First Call plans).
- To send you audit alerts when your score drops.
- To compare your signals against competitors you specify (First Call plan only).
- To improve our audit methodology. We never sell your data to third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not share your business details with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- We do not sell access to your audit history.
- We do not sell your contact information.
Third-party services
- Stripe: Processes all subscription payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to your payment data.
- AI engines: When you run an audit or Citation Sweep, we send queries to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google). These queries include your business name, trade category, and service area. The AI engines' privacy policies govern how they handle that data.
- PostHog: We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics (aggregate usage patterns, error tracking). No personally identifiable business data is sent to PostHog.
Data retention
Your audit history and business data remain on your account for as long as it is active. You may delete your account at any time by emailing help@firstcallvisibility.com. We will remove your personal data within 30 days of your request. Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained for product improvement.
Your rights (CCPA and GDPR)
If you are a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or a resident of the European Union, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Opt-out: You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your data.
- Withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email help@firstcallvisibility.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required to log in and access your dashboard. We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for ad targeting, or third-party advertising trackers.
Data security
Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Database access is restricted. We do not store payment card data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.
Children's privacy
FirstCall Visibility is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact help@firstcallvisibility.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
